This post is more just informational and interesting. By seeing what some of the famous and historical figures' personality types were/are, allow us to see what is possible with the gifts we have. Each personality type has strengths and things that they do well. You can encourage students to learn about people who are their same type and see what they accomplished. Help them to see their strengths and the strengths of others. This can be a great motivator and a great way to understand differences in the people around them.
